Fabiano Estrela

Third Degree Black Belt · MULTIPLE TIME WORLD AND PAN MEDALIST · Head Instructor

Fabiano Estrela's journey in martial arts began decades ago with an unwavering belief that discipline, technique, and heart can transform any person regardless of their starting point. What started as a personal passion became a lifelong mission to share the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with everyone willing to step onto the mat.

A decorated Third Degree Black belt Fabiano has competed at the highest levels of the sport, bringing hard-earned championship experience into every class he teaches. His coaching philosophy is simple: there are no shortcuts, only consistent effort and a community that pushes you further than you can push yourself.

After years competing and coaching at elite levels, Fabiano founded Suncoast Jiu-Jitsu with a vision to build more than a gym a second home for families, competitors, and everyday athletes in Clearwater, Florida. Under his leadership, Suncoast Jiu-Jitsu has grown into the region's most trusted martial arts community.

"I started this gym because I wanted a place where a 6-year-old and a 40-year-old could walk in on the same day and both leave feeling like they belong. That's what BJJ gave me, and that's what I want to give everyone here."

Our Story

Built From the
Ground Up

Suncoast Jiu-Jitsu was founded with a single purpose: to create a world-class training environment that welcomes everyone from kids taking their first class to seasoned competitors chasing titles.

Located in the heart of Clearwater, Florida, our facility features a full-size mat area. We've invested in the space because we believe the environment you train in shapes the athlete you become.

What sets us apart isn't just our facility or our coaches' credentials it's our culture. Members here don't just train together, they support each other, celebrate each other's wins, and show up for each other off the mat too. That's the Suncoast family.
